Returns

We take returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the product purchase date. The customer must pay for the return postage, if the item is damaged or faulty we will refund this cost.

All of our products are sent via Royal Mail. For UK addresses, most packages arrive within 3 days. For the rest of the world, this will depend on the local courier that Royal Mail hands your order to.
