Returns

We take returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the product purchase date. The customer must pay for the return postage, if the item is damaged or faulty we will refund this cost.

Shipping Information

We dispatch every week day excluding Saturdays and Sundays and UK holidays . If we receive your order by 3pm (UK time) we will aim to dispatch the same day.

All of our products are sent via Royal Mail or DPD. For UK addresses, most packages arrive within 3 days. For the rest of the world, this will depend on the local courier that Royal Mail hands your order to.
