Understanding EU Import Duties

If you're ordering from the EU and your order exceeds £135, you may also be liable for import duty on top of any VAT charges. Unlike VAT, which is a flat rate. The amount you'll pay depends on several factors: what the product is, what materials it's made from, where it was manufactured, and its declared customs value. Rates can range anywhere from 0% to 25% of the item's value. Because there are so many variables at play, we'd always recommend checking the specific duty rates for your items before placing an order. You can look up commodity codes and duty rates on the UK Government's Trade Tariff website to get an accurate picture of any additional costs you might face, when ordering from us.

Where Is My Order?

When your order was dispatched, you should have received a tracking code via email. You can enter the code on Royal Mail's here to track your order.
